NC Concealed Handgun Course
Course Description
Since 1995, North Carolina has allowed qualifying residents of the state to obtain a permit to carry a concealed handgun from the sheriff of the applicant’s home county. The permit is valid for five years unless it is revoked.This 8 hour course is the complete NC CCH classroom portion of the state requirements for training.

Removes anxiety and stress associated with learning to shoot.
Central to the TFT training philosophy in helping new shooters become comfortable and confident is to separate the classroom and range portions of the experience. For both new and experienced shooters, this separation removes any anxiety and stress about shooting and allows our students to retain the bulk of the classroom training material. Once the classroom portion is complete, students sign up for one of our range sessions where they can focus on safety and the fundamentals of shooting while leveraging our classroom experience to be confident and comfortable with the mechanics and functions of the firearm.
